We just got back from Costa Rica with a fresh batch of stone ground, sun dried and lightly roasted Cacao from the Caribbean coast and are going to be back in the kitchen restocking Cacao Pastes first week of May! We are taking pre orders now and will keep you in heart and mind as we make our next batch. Each batch is a ceremony and a conscious creation bringing hand harvested and mindfully foraged | cultivated botanicals into synergy with coconut and cacao for a smooth chocolate paste that is delicious right off the spoon and in your cup. Always small batch and made in reverence. 

Simple & slightly sweet, our mocha paste compliments locally roasted espresso and milk of choice for a creamy dreamy mocha latte. When served on ice it's gone before you know it. Adult chocolate milk for the nostalgic chocolate lover. Even better eaten off the spoon.

We source our Vanilla outside of San Miguel de Allende in Mexico from an Aztec lineage family farm that lovingly tends to their vanilla in synergy with native bees that naturally pollinate the orchid flowers that take years to grow vanilla bean pods for our enjoyment.
