A go to first thing in the morning, especially before consuming caffeine. Get your daily dose by adding a couple ounces to your water bottle with flat water to drink on the go. We encourage drinking water out of glass and metal, avoiding porous and leaching material like plastic. Enjoyed chilled over ice with 8-10oz of club soda with fresh lime wedges, and just as delightful and effective when added to flat room temperature filtered water // spring water.
