This formula contains caffeine and other stimulating alkaloids found in Yerba Mate and Kola Nut. Chaga and Reishi functional mushrooms support the immune system, skin, hair and adrenals. Dosage: - 1-4 droppers (20-80 droppers) in the AM or afternoon to stimulate energy and circulate blood flow. Can also be taken throughout the day in smaller doses. - If you are sensitive to caffeine do not take after 5pm.
